Device Overview

Welcome to Device Overview! Here is a simple guide to understand the page.

Device

At the top of the page, you will see an image of the device, the device type, device location, device issues, and other device specific information.

Device Performance

The Site Performance box provides an at-a-glance view of your site's operational health by analyzing key metrics. It includes a comprehensive site KPI score and four KPI scores on the following:

• Network

• Efficiency

• Comfort

• Operations

Each breakdown consists of the score, account avg, industry avg, and issues.

Device History

To use the Device History you must configure the data points using the Edit History Settings (image of button) to show or hide points.

How to configure

After selecting the Chart settings a window will pop up with the data you can hide or show

The possible data points will be listed with an eye icon next to the name, click the icon to show or hide the data point.

Below the name there will be a box with the various settings of that data. You can customize the history chart using these

• Color: click on the colored line or box to select a new color

• Line type: select the desired type from the options
