Effective date: October 21 2020 This Privacy Policy will help you understand how Neuro Building Systems collects, discloses, and safeguards various types of information, including the personal information you provide to us when you use our platform (the “Platform”) and/or our mobile application (“the App” and collectively with the Platform, our “Services”). We believe it is important for you to know how we treat the information about you that we receive during your use of our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of use pertaining to our Services and contained in the Terms of Service (available HERE), including this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Services. The effective date of this Privacy Policy appears at the top of this page. We may need to, and we reserve the right to, change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes, modifications, additions, or deletions to this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately as soon as we post them here. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while using our Services. We may also use your information to keep you informed about products and services that we think you want to know about. “Personal Information” is information that identifies you. When you engage in certain activities through our Services, such as contacting us, registering for our mailing list, or sending us feedback, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. Our servers automatically collect certain information about how you use the Services each time you use the Services. This information includes but is not limited to the following: the type of mobile device you use, your IP address, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, the date and time of your use of the Services, the unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. This information may be aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on our Services, pages viewed, time and date of visits, and other similar information. We may use and disclose site use information, for example, to measure the use of our Services, explain the utility of our Services, and to improve the content of our Services. We use cookies in connection with our Services. Release of Information We may disclose Personal Information to our affiliates. We may also disclose Personal Information to third parties that partner with us or provide services for us, and to other third parties as permitted by law. We may sell, rent, or share your email address with our third partner partners for their advertising or marketing purposes, to keep you informed about products or services that we think will be of interest to you. We encourage our service partners to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your Personal Information by our service partners is governed by the privacy policies of those service partners and is not subject to our control. Occasionally, we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personal Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. Updating and Correcting Information You can access and modify certain Personal Information stored on our Services, such as your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address, by contacting us via email. We retain information provided to us indefinitely unless otherwise stated or otherwise required by law. In some circumstances, you may have the right to ask us to delete your data. In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you. In addition, if you signed up for our mailing list, we may occasionally send you direct mail about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing emails at any time by (i) by following the opt-out links on any marketing email we send to you (ii) by contacting us at any time using the Contact Us information in this Privacy Policy or (iii) by sending us Feedback through the App. Security of Information We safeguard Personal Information according to established security standards and procedures, by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for the information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through our Services cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
